Shipping policy

 


For online orders, we process orders within 1-3 business days.  This is the time it takes to ship your order, this time is not included in the delivery time. The delivery clock starts when the shipping carrier has your order.  We do not ship orders on holidays or long weekends.  You will receive an email when your order ships.  The tracking might not update until the final mile shipping carrier has your order. Please see below for estimated shipping times. 
Local GTA Delivery: 1-5 days 
Canada & U.S:  5-14 business days
Local orders: Please leave delivery instructions at check-out, or your order will be left with your concierge or front door/porch.  You will get a notification when your order has been delivered.
During the holidays, the time it takes to process your order and to be shipped out can be a day or two longer due to increased orders.
COVID-19 Update:
Please be mindful there may be delays in shipping items due to COVID-19, which has dramatically impacted customs, and sorting facilities, more specifically for international orders to the U.S. These facilities are experiencing a record number of parcels, while having to maintain social distancing protocols.  Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about delayed packages at customs.  Thank you for your patience. We are not responsible for duties and this responsibility is on the customer.
